The Ender Trader trades various items that resides in the different biomes of the End for mundane stuff such as dirt, grass blocks, saplings and seeds. Why this happens is unknown. However, the Trader had been seen seeking out different fabrics. It's believed that it's attire is made partly out of these fabrics. Also, it had been noted that unlike the endermen who teleport randomly when wet, the Ender Trader does not. It could be due to the material it's clothing is made out of.
