Doomsday's weakness is a kryptonite spear and has only been killed by Superman, but Superman died in the possess. Doomsday use to be General Zod before he died. After his death, Lex Luthor brought him back to life with the forbidden kryptonian possess, evolving Zod into Doomsday.
