Glowing obsidian was a block in older versions of Minecraft pocket(bedrock) edition, It can still be attainable via third-party apps but wish it was still in the games via the creative inventory or other means, One cool idea in my opinion would be when you light a nether portal the obsidian around the portal would become glowing obsidian and when mined with a normal diamond pick you would get normal obsidian but when you use a diamond pick with silk touch you could get and use the glowing obsidi

With glowing eyes! Novaskin creates weird outlines around semi-transparent pixels (at least for me), but it looks perfectly fine in-game.
