this is a baddly made creature that was bitten by Herobrine (Hence the marks on his arms)anyway on his face is supposed to be razor sharp teeth in a shape of a creepy smile that makes his head raise like an Enderman. so i just made him sorry for the terrable design i'm kind of lazy and minecraft sized pixles don't allow you to go in to much detail. thats about it enjoy the freakeshness that is SajerBrine
